Do Not Forget to Pay Your Property Tax

Kyrenia Municipality has started to collect Real Estate Tax payments for 2019.

Kyrenia Municipality, 50/1995, 15/2006, 39/2006, 42/2007, 18/2008 in accordance with the Law on Property Tax under the municipal borders of 2019 determined the Immovable Property taxes and began the tax collection.

The first installment payment period of the Property Tax, which is paid in two installments per year, will be completed by the end of April. The second installment of the Property Tax must be paid until the 30th of September 2019.

Payment Point

Payments can be made to the main building cashiers of Kyrenia Municipality, the terminal branch of Kyrenia Municipality, Zeytinlik, Doğanköy, Ozanköy and Bellapais Mukhtars, or to the banks contractual with the Kyrenia Municipality (Akfinans Bank, Asbank, Creditwest Bank, Garanti Bank, Halk Bank, Albank, Iktisat Bank, Iş bank, Cooperative Central Bank, Universal Bank, Vakiflar Bank, Limasol Cooperative Bank, Capital Bank, Nova Bank, Turk Bank, Near East Bank and Ziraat Bank.

Real Estate Staments Will Not Be Posted

Due to the fact that 2018 real estate statements will not be sent to the addresses by post, the real estate owners can receive their statements from the Real Estate Department (815 04 54) in the Kyrenia Municipality Terminal Branch. Those who will register newly, need to bring either the deed research document, a sales contract or the deed with them.
